ONE SENTENCE SUMMARY
Making sure our facility is always in 5-star condition
BEST CASE SCENARIO IF WE ARE 100% CONFIDENT
When patients visit for the first time, they feel confident that they made the right decision by choosing us. Our attention to detail is what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. That doesn't mean fancy or stuffy. It means clean, tidy, and well maintained.
We often sell treatment plans in the tens of thousands of dollars, and sometimes even in the $60,000+ range. If you were purchasing an item that cost $60,000, you would have a certain expectation of what the facility would look and feel like.
WORST CASE SCENARIO IF SOME OF US ARE NOT
Our facility slowly deteriorates. Patients wonder how good we are at our jobs if we can't even keep our office maintained properly.
WHAT DOES 100% CONFIDENT MEAN?

Use your eagle eyes. We would much rather be too picky than too lazy.
STEP 2: Get things fixed
For areas that need better cleaning, notify Mara or Stacey and they will tell our cleaning crew.
For areas that need to be repaired, notify Mara or Stacey and they will arrange for someone to come in and repair.
If you need to purchase something, you do not need to ask Mike for permission. Just use your best judgment. The rule of thumb is this:
If you had to stand in front of Mike and explain the money you spent and why you thought it was in the best interests of SD, could you do that with confidence? If you would be nervous or have doubts justifying your purchase, then it's probably not a good idea.
