Generating the newsletter mailing list

We use this mailing list to send newsletters to our patients. Addresses are pulled from Open Dental, but then the lists need to be tidied up so they are useable for mail.

People get this newsletter in 1 of 2 ways:

1. Everyone (not just patients, but EVERYONE) that lives in L9G, L9H, and L9K postal codes will get one in the mail as a loose flyer.

2. All of our patients who live OUTSIDE of these postal codes will get one in an envelope addressed to them.
