New Patients Booked in Hygiene - Why and How?

When new patients are booked in the doctor column, it's pretty straightforward:

1. Assistant does the records and intro

2. Doctor comes in to do the exam and treatment plan with the assistant

3. Doctor leaves, and assistant finalizes financials and scheduling

But when new patients are booked with HYGIENE, it becomes a bit more challenging to manage priorities, expectations, and who is doing what, and when.
